Psalm 119:89-90
Your word, LORD, is eternal;
it stands firm in the heavens.
Your faithfulness continues through all generations;
you established the earth, and it endures.
Isn't it a comforting thought that when so much of life can seem out of control, always changing, we can rest assured that God's Word stands firm in the heavens. His faithfulness is established and will endure.
God is faithful. He is faithful to you. He promises to give grace when you face a difficult situation. He promises to give comfort to the hurting. He promises to lift you up when you bow low to Him. When it seems you have no one to depend on, you can depend on Him, His Word stands firm.
I feel completely out of control! I am organising my first women's conference and I am living, eating and sleeping it - it's like being pregnant all over again. Please pray for me, my biggest fear is that no one comes ha ha xxx

I have clung to that fact so much in the last 2 months, and I have found a comfort and peace in God's promises that I could never have found elsewhere. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby, and it seems we keep facing one hurdle after another: blocked Fallopian tubes due to endometriosus, cystic fibrosis gene, surgery to remove the tubes. All that before we can even begin IVF which insurance won't cover. There has been a lot in a short time, but boy have we felt God's arms around us, slowly revealing His perfect plan for our lives. We are so very blessed to love a God whose promises for our lives will never fail...He is so good!
