Have you seen this movie? It is awesome. I watched it for the first time back this summer and made my husband promise that he would start a new tradition with me this Christmas by watching this movie every year.
I rented it from blockbuster the other day. I tried to buy it but couldn't find it for sale at Target, New Creation or Blockbuster, so we rented it (and Blockbuster says I can keep it for the small fee of $9.99).
So we haven't watched it yet and Christmas is almost here. But I know we will squeeze it in somewhere! If you haven't seen it, you really should watch it.
Today is Christmas Eve eve and I feel a small panic when I think about all the things I want to do before tomorrow at about 3pm and all the Christmasy (I know that's not a word) blog entries that I have in my head. Check back, I may have more than one post today!
I will be renting that today. I too want to start a family tradition with it.
Watch it on Christmas Eve eve, and then on Christmas Eve decorate an ornament with theblessings on our blessing rocks we have captured all year. We started a weekly thing this year where we locate rocks and write 1 blessing each on a rock during family night. My girls love it, so tomorrow night is our big blessing year end celebration.
This movie will be a great addition to that.

Holly,
I just wanted you to know that I am thinking about you and Pastor Steven today - I figure it is "Saturday" for your family.
I know we will have a great worship experience tomorrow and I want to thank you and your family for all you sacrifice for all the rest of us.
Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.
