Elijah's Cookie Exchange

November- Thanksgiving 082

Last week Elijah had a cookie exchange at his pre-school.   We made these.  They were super simple and really good.  They were really easy for him to help with too.  He was the sugar roller.

Here's the recipe I snagged somewhere online...

Peanut Butter Hershey Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

14 oz pack refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough

24 Hershey Kisses

ΒΌ c sugar

Directions

Roll cookies into 24 balls

Roll each ball in sugar

Bake @350 for 8-10 minutes

Remove cookies from oven and immediately place one Hershey kiss in the middle of each cookie.

Enjoy!

Holly, have you ever made oreo balls? You have to. They are unbelievable, and simple.

1 pack of oreos
1 bar of cream cheese, left out over night
Almond bark (I think that's what it's called?)

Process your bag of oreos
mix with cream cheese
roll into balls
melt almond bark, and coat balls
if you care to sprinkle, do so immediately

that's it! No baking! They ROCK!

I want to do this at Alex's school, but I have to bring in 5 dozen cookies! baking is not my strong suit! I am going to look through your recipes for some more cookie ideas.

Hi, I just found your blog. I, too am a Preacher's Wife. I love your blog and can't wait to read more!

These are my 3 boys favs. We have been making them for years!
